Goodreads Description: If you love holiday stories, holiday movies, made-for-TV-holiday specials, holiday episodes of your favorite sitcoms and, especially, if you love holiday anthologies, you’re going to fall in love with My True Love Gave To Me: Twelve Holiday Stories by twelve bestselling young adult writers, edited by international bestselling author Stephanie Perkins. Whether you enjoy celebrating Christmas or Hanukkah, Winter Solstice or New Year’s there’s something here for everyone. So curl up by the fireplace and get cozy. You have twelve reasons this season to stay indoors and fall in love.

I picked up this on back Friday telling myself that I had to read it this holiday season. I picked it up on January 1st and thought it was quite ironic that the first story was called Midnight and was about New Years. This was one of my favorite stories and it was written by one of my favorite authors Rainbow Rowell. My second favorite, these aren’t really in any order, is Angels in the Snow by Matt de la Pena.  My third favorite is It’s a Yuletide miracle, Charlie Brown by Stephanie Perkins. My fourth and last favorite is What the hell have you done, Sophie Roth? by Gayle Forman. Overall I did enjoy this book very much and will definitely be picking up the Summer Edition. I would recommend this book for the holidays!

Happy Reading,
Bubbles ❤
